ENTRY FEE:

$200 for all contestants

Entry fee entitles players to at least three (3) rounds of golf (weather permitting), evening meals for player, parents and guest on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and all player contests conducted during tournament week.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to certain incurred expenses, refunds for withdrawls are as follows and we appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.

Contacted to withdraw between January 15 – March 15, 2013 refund of $200.
Contacted to withdraw between March 16 – April 30, 2013 refund of $100.
There will be no refund if we are contacted after April 30, 2013.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
2013 entries will close at 5pm June 10, 2013.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY:
When you attend the T.O.Jr.Golf Tournament you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by T.O.Jr.Golf Tournament and its affiliates and representatives. You release T.O.Jr.Golf Tournament, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by T.O.Jr.Golf Tournament or the person or entity designated to do so by T.O.Jr.Golf Tournament.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
